Joseph Doll

Joe is an associate at Fenwick. He structures, negotiates and executes equity and token fundraisings, including some of the largest private fundraisings in the history of the crypto industry. Joe counsels a variety of cryptocurrency and Web3.0 technology companies and provides strategic and practical advice with respect to designing complex open-source systems, token ecosystems and DAOs.
