Mary-Catherine Lader

Mary-Catherine is Chief Operating Officer of Uniswap Labs. where she oversees growth, ventures, strategy, and operations. She previously was a Managing Director at BlackRock, where she was Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s Digital Wealth business, head of its climate tech business, Aladdin Sustainability and led strategic fintech investments including the firm's blockchain activities. She has been a fintech investor, founder and operator for more than a decade and began her career as an investment analyst with Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group. She has J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Brown University.
