Odetta Morton

Odetta Morton was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Deltec Bank and Trust Limited in March 2019 and is also Chief Financial Officer of the bank’s wholly owned parent, Deltec International Group. During her 18-year tenure with Deltec, Odetta has been a key contributor to the growth and development of the Deltec group of companies. She serves as Director for several entities within the Deltec group of companies, including its parent, Deltec International Group. The foundation of her career was in the Audit and Assurance practice of Deloitte, and in forensic accounting at Kroll Lindquist Avey in Atlanta, Georgia. Odetta is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Active in the local community, Odetta serves as the Chairperson for The Bahamas Hurricane Restoration Fund and for the Deltec Cares Foundation. She is currently a Director for the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce & Employers Confederation and serves as Co-Chairperson of the Ease of Doing Business Committee. Odetta also serves as Director of the Deltec Initiatives Foundation.
